3. Define Criteria
One-on-one collaboration with your Agent to determine your unique wants and needs, so we can help you find the right home quickly.
4. Showings
Schedule private tours with your Agent to see your favorite homes for sale in-person or virtually. Your Agent will help you assess any potential defects throughout the property so you can make an informed decision.
5. Offer
With the guidance of your expert Agent, we will help you write strong offers to purchase that meet your needs and protect your investment.
6. Submit File to Title Company and Lender
Congratulations, your offer was accepted! Your Agent will process the purchase agreement alongside the partnering Title company and your preferred Lender. This is where we'll ensure the deed to the property is free and clear for you to make a confident purchase.
7. Appraisal
Your lender will order an independent appraisal of the property you're purchasing. This is to verify the value of the property is in line with the price you've agreed to pay for it and that there are no major safety concerns in the home.
8. Final Underwriting
As soon as your offer is accepted, your lender will be busy processing your financial status before approving your new mortgage. Your prompt response to their requests will help ensure a timely closing!
9. Final Approval
The hard part is over, your new mortgage is officially approved! You now have the green light to close on the sale of your new home. Your Agent will help you coordinate a final walk-thru of the property to ensure it's in the same condition as when you wrote the initial offer.
10. Closing
The BIG day! You will meet in-person at the Title Company's closing office to sign all new mortgage, title, taxes, and insurance documents. Your lender will have already confirmed a specific dollar amount for you to bring to closing and your new home keys will be waiting for you. Congratulations!
