Purchasing a home is a huge life event. The process can be both exciting and stressful at times. Our full-service team is here to guide you through the entire transaction and help with every detail. The Home Buying Journey

To help you better understand the home buying process, here is your roadmap to purchasing the home of your dreams

1. Financing

Pre-approval; overview of your finances and what home price range you qualify for.

2. Representation

Sign with an agent to represent you. Using a buyer's agent costs nothing to you!

3. Define Criteria

Many home buyers first find their home online. We ensure your property is reaching the maximum number of buyers possible through both online and traditional channels.

4. Showings

Look at 3-4 houses at a time and discuss pros and cons.

5. Offer

Purchase agreement, price, closing date, closing costs, lender fees, title, appraisal, insurance, etc. Earnest money, contingencies: finance, inspection.

6. Submit File to Title Company and Lender

Pass off documents to the title company and lender, who will take 2–3 weeks to process them.

7. Appraisal

Appraisal will be ordered to determine the value and condition of the home, making sure it’s in good condition and the value is sustained.

8. Final Underwriting

Go through your finances on a deeper level. The bank determines for sure if they will lend you the money.

9. Final Approval

Everything is good to go on the title side and good on the finance side. We have the green light for closing.

10. Final Walkthrough

Ensure the home is still in the same condition as when you submitted the offer.

11. Closing

Sit at a big table and sign a lot of documents—and get your keys to your new home!
